some pc tips.
1. when your pc held atonce, then press and hold your pc power button for 10 seconds it will shutdown.
1.1 if any running programe held then you need to press ctrl+alt+del, then taskbar will show on your screen then select your programe and the "End task" button at the bottom, it will close after few mins.
